Thank you for shopping at Shans Fine Lines!
Regrettably, I cannot offer refunds for items that are made to specific requirements, personalised, or include bespoke elements, as these cannot be resold.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for any products that have been opened, as they are no longer suitable for resale.
Before placing your order, please ensure you read the product details thoroughly. Pay particular attention to the clarity, brightness, and visibility of your uploaded image, and confirm that all information provided is accurate.
If the colours in your uploaded photo do not accurately reflect real-life colours, please include this information in the notes section at checkout, or contact me via Instagram DM or email me at shansfinelines@gmail.com. Refunds or corrections cannot be provided for products based on incorrect images.
Please note that all artwork is created in my own interpretation and in Shan's Fine Lines artistic style.
Shipping
If an item has had an attempted delivery and has not been collected from the post office by yourselves and returned back to me, a refund cannot be issued. If you would like your item resent it will be at an extra shipping charge to yourself.
If an order is delayed by Royal Mail and delivered outside the shipping timeframe, a refund cannot be issued as this is out of my control.
If an item is lost by Royal Mail, a replacement can be arranged. Please email me at shansfinelines@gmail.com
Custom Fees
As Shans Fine Lines is UK-based, this means there may be custom fees to anyone outside the country. This is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
