Do You Ship To My Country?

Yes, Shan's Fine Lines ships worldwide! 🌍
However, due to the new GPSR Regulations, I’m currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.

Please note that custom fees may apply to some countries as all orders are shipped from the UK. Any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Car Freshiees can take up to 7 days to print once your design or drawing is complete. I receive batches of printed Car Freshiees every 1–2 weeks, and once they arrive, I aim to dispatch within 1–2 days.

• UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — delivery is usually within 2 working days.

• International Orders: May take up to 2 weeks, depending on your location.
  Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping times can vary if Royal Mail is experiencing delays or if international batches are held in customs. Unfortunately, these delays are out of my control and do not warrant a refund.

Custom Fees

Orders are shipped from the UK 🇬🇧
Some international destinations may charge custom or import fees upon arrival. These are not included in your order total and must be covered by the customer.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it.
Once work on your order has started or personalisation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
