Deliveries

Car Freshiees can take up to 7 days to print once the design/drawing is complete. I will receive batches of printed Car Freshiees every 1-2 Weeks.

Once received I will aim to dispatch within 1-2 days. UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail tracked 48 - you should receive your parcel within 2 working days.

The rest of the world may take up to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Please be aware international orders may take longer to deliver.

(Working Days does not include weekends or bank holidays)

Shipping times can vary if Royal Mail is experiencing delay or if Batches are stuck in customs (this is unfortunately out of my control and does not warrant a refund)

PLEASE NOTE:
Please make sure your photos are in high resolution with lots of lighting for best results.

Avoid photos with filters if you have ordered a Illustration Car Freshiee

*Colours are sampled from your image and may not perfectly match real life. Tattoos may be left out if they are unclear or too complex to replicate*

Do You Ship To My Country?

Yes, Shan's Fine Lines ships worldwide, however due to the new GPSR Regulations I am unable to ship to the EU & NI.

USA Shipping Update
For now, I sadly canโ€™t send orders to the USA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ due to new postage rules + fees. I really hope this changes soon so my US customers can shop again ๐Ÿ’–

Please be aware custom fees may apply to some countries as orders are shipped from the UK.

Can I Edit My Order After It's Been Placed?

Please let me know within 24 hours if you need to edit your order. After 24 hours there is a guarantee that your order will have started to be processed and cannot be edited.

Can I See The Design Before It's Made?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders and each one being hand made, Shan's Fine Lines is unable to send a preview of the design before making it.

Please make sure images and information is correct before placing the order.

Can I Cancel An Order After It Has Been Placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know within 24 hours. Once the order has been started, it cannot be refunded due to personalisation.
